Return policy

Damaged book guidelines.

What we DO NOT classify as damages:

-small scratches or marks on the book.

-small creases on the book.

-minimal creasing on the top or bottom of the spine or cover.

-wavy pages (this can happen in transit with temperature changes and humidity and unfortunately is out of our control)

What we do consider as damage:

-a large rip visible on the cover

-damaged pages that affect the text of the book.

-anything that would make the book unreadable.

If you believe your book is damaged please contact us and we will work out a solution with you.

Dark Desires Book Box is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package is picked up by the postal service it is no longer our responsibility as we have no control over other postal services and countries policies.

Returns

All orders placed are final sale as they are custom made for you.
For any return inquiries please contact Dark Desires Book Box through the “Contact us” page, chat option or Instagram. If we deem your request necessary for a return the cost of shipping is to be covered by you the buyer.

Dark Desires is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

Cancelled orders may be subject to a one time restocking fee.

packages that are returned to sender will not be accepted by Dark Desires.
